- Accommodation
a. Simple, clean, and hygienic rooms or dormitory accommodations will be provided based on availability.
b. Allocation of rooms or dormitories will be prioritized considering the age and specific needs of participants.
c. Participants are required to strictly follow all accommodation rules and guidelines communicated from time to time.
d. Accommodation will not be provided to unmarried couples. - Safety and Conduct
a. Participants are responsible for their personal safety and belongings at all times.
b. The organizer reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any activity without prior notice in the interest of participant safety.
c. Participants must strictly follow all instructions provided by the organizer, especially during visits to water bodies, bathing, or any physical activities. - Alcohol Policy
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during the program. Any participant found under the influence of alcohol will be removed from the program without refund. - Punctuality
Participants are expected to adhere strictly to the schedule. Delays may result in missing activities, for which the organizer will not be responsible. - Environmental Responsibility
Participants are expected to be nature-conscious and avoid any actions that may harm the environment. - Distribution of Materials
Distribution or promotion of pamphlets, notices, circulars, or any materials is not permitted without prior approval from the organizer. - Travel Instructions
Participants availing train travel must report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. - Non-transferability
Registrations and tickets are non-transferable. Requests for participant substitution will not be entertained.
