The past two days were very important in the leadership training program for children. The children discussed the qualities of good leadership. It was inspiring to see them naturally resolving small conflicts among themselves without anyone’s guidance. They approached problems with patience and understanding, without hatred or anger.
Each child expressed their leadership qualities in different ways — by including everyone, caring for younger children, and supporting one another.
The second day was filled with many games and activities. At the end of the day, the children divided themselves into three groups and performed dramas. All the performances had wonderful stories and expressive acting.
On the third day, discussions were held about leadership qualities and some of the most significant nonviolent movements in history. The children’s questions showed how deeply they were inspired by those events.
Later, the group visited the Shenbaganur Museum and a hilltop viewpoint. The journey was filled with fun, laughter, and playful moments, making the two days a satisfying and memorable experience.
