Yogesh Karthick S is an electrical engineer turned educator and social changemaker. He transitioned from a career in industrial automation to dedicate his life to alternative education, environmental learning and community development. 

He is the founder of Maivarai and Kalari Forest School, where he creates immersive learning spaces rooted in nature, self discovery and collective responsibility. 

His work focuses on nurturing children and youth through experiential education, leadership and nonviolence practices to help them grow into aware, responsible and compassionate individuals
